These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jitanet ("jitanet", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jitanet website located at jitanet.net and all associated services, including the online casino, sports betting, slot games, live dealer tables, promotional programmes, and customer support services (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the jitanet account registration process, by depositing funds into a jitanet account, or by placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any jitanet service.

jitanet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered players via the email address held on their account and by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their natural English meaning. Where any translation of these Terms is made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

2.1 Age Requirement

The jitanet Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. jitanet applies age verification procedures to all new registrations and may request documentary evidence of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Any account determined to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all funds held in the account will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

jitanet is operated as an English-language platform targeting players based in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your country or territory of residence. jitanet makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of those it explicitly services.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one jitanet account. You may not register a second account, allow another person to use your account, or use another person's account. The following circumstances will each be treated as a breach of this rule and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, or payment methods
• Registering an account on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent
• Using a jitanet account operated under someone else's identity
• Registering a new account after a previous account has been closed for rule violations

2.4 Registration Information

When registering a jitanet account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You must notify jitanet promptly if any of this information changes by contacting [email protected]. jitanet is not liable for any consequence arising from your failure to maintain current and accurate account information.

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitanet account credentials, including your username and password. You must choose a strong password that is not used on any other website or service. jitanet will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive a communication claiming to be from jitanet that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify jitanet immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your password has been compromised, or that any transaction on your account was not made by you. jitanet will suspend the affected account pending investigation and will take all reasonable steps to prevent further unauthorised access. jitanet is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where those losses result from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.3 Accurate Account Use

You agree to use your jitanet account solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, for money laundering, for any form of financial crime, or in connection with any activity that is prohibited by applicable law. All bets and wagers must be placed with funds that originate from lawful sources.

3.4 KYC Verification

jitanet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to provide copies of one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any other point during your account lifecycle: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 days of the request will result in account suspension.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jitanet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. jitanet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jitanet accepts no liability.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit on jitanet is ৳500. The maximum single deposit per transaction is subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment method. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set voluntarily by the player via the responsible gaming tools in the account dashboard. jitanet reserves the right to apply additional deposit limits to individual accounts at its discretion where there is evidence of problem gambling behaviour.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following timeline:

• bKash & Nagad: Withdrawals up to ৳20,000 are auto-approved and processed within 1–2 hours. Withdrawals above ৳20,000 require manual review and are processed within 24 hours.
• Rocket & Upay: All withdrawals processed within 15–30 minutes for amounts up to ৳20,000 and within 24 hours for larger amounts.
• Visa & Mastercard: Bank card withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to your issuing bank's settlement schedule.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jitanet reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds ৳50,000 or where the account has not previously completed full verification.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

jitanet operates an anti-money laundering policy that requires withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit wherever technically possible. Where a player has made deposits via multiple methods, jitanet may apportion withdrawals across those methods in proportion to the deposit amounts made via each one.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jitanet offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the applicable promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your jitanet account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in English in the promotion's terms at the time of the offer. As a general guide, wagering requirements on jitanet range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Real-money deposits are always available for withdrawal regardless of bonus wagering status, subject to payment processing timelines.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

A player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, using one account only. jitanet uses device fingerprinting, IP address matching, and payment method analysis to identify players who attempt to claim the same bonus more than once. Any account found to have done so will have the relevant bonus balance voided, and the account may be suspended.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without notice. jitanet does not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.5 jitanet Right to Withdraw Promotions

jitanet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are not guaranteed to recur on any particular schedule. The availability of a bonus offer in a previous period does not create any entitlement to that offer in a future period.

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet or wager is confirmed only when jitanet's system returns a confirmation message and the stake is deducted from your account balance. Bets that are not confirmed due to a technical failure, connectivity interruption, or system error are considered void and any stake involved is returned to your account balance. It is your responsibility to verify that bets have been confirmed before closing your browser or session.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game, market, or event are displayed on the Platform at the time of placement. For cricket and sports betting markets, the minimum stake per selection is ৳50. For slot games, the minimum bet per spin is ৳10. For live casino table games, table minimums are displayed in the game interface and vary by table type and time of day.

6.3 Palpable Errors

jitanet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under terms that were published in error — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "obvious mistake". This includes situations where odds were incorrectly entered due to human error or a technical fault, resulting in odds that are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market. Where a palpable error is identified, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to players within 24 hours of the error being identified.

6.4 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on jitanet — including slot games, live dealer games, and virtual sports — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers operate certified and independently audited random number generators (RNG). jitanet does not alter or interfere with game outcomes in any way. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published by the relevant game provider and are available in each game's help or information section.

6.5 Disconnections During Live Games

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round that has already commenced, jitanet's system will complete the round according to the game provider's standard disconnection procedures. The outcome of the completed round will be binding. jitanet recommends that players maintain a stable internet connection before participating in live casino sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jitanet Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their account suspended immediately, all associated balances voided, and may be reported to the relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to manipulate game outcomes or account balances
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a jitanet account
• Placing bets on the basis of inside information obtained through illegal means
• Attempting to reverse or charge back a legitimate deposit after the funds have been wagered
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law

8.1 Closure by jitanet

jitanet may suspend or close a player's account at any time and for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months; or where jitanet determines, in its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk of harm.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your jitanet account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance in a closed account (subject to KYC clearance) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Players who close an account for responsible gaming reasons are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool, which applies additional safeguards.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a formal responsible gaming tool that prevents you from accessing your jitanet account for a minimum period of 6 months. A self-exclusion request is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, jitanet will not process withdrawal requests triggered by the player — the remaining balance will be returned at the end of the exclusion period. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no player-initiated login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. jitanet will notify the registered email address at least 30 days before applying the dormancy classification. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳200 per month after a further 6-month dormancy period unless the account is reactivated or formally closed. Fees are deducted from the account balance; once the balance reaches zero, the account is archived.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitanet's total liability to any player arising from these Terms or from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jitanet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jitanet's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by jitanet's negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
